Use Boiling Water And Natural Agents To Remove Bumper Stickers

This group of methods is easy and does not require much that you likely don’t have handy at home. The boiling water method is a relatively simple one if you’re comfortable handling boiling water. All you need is some boiling water and some patience while you let the sticker soak for a bit. Once you’ve done this being to peel as much as you can before applying more boiling water if needed. If you’re going with natural agents, then you will need to create a mixture of equal parts rubbing alcohol and eucalyptus oil with a dash of dish soap. Spray the mixture on the sticker and let it sit for about 10 minutes before peeling and reapply if needed.

Use WD-40/Lighter Fluid or Goo Gone To Remove Bumper Stickers

If you really mean business there are a few other methods you can go with. WD-40 and lighter fluid can be used the same way, apply the fluid to the corners of the sticker and then use a mixture of peeling and scraping (with a spatula wrapped in duct tape to avoid scratching paint). After the sticker is gone you can finish up by removing the residue with a rag that has been dipped in rubbing alcohol. You can also use goo gone. With this material you will want to perforate the sticker, apply the goo and then wait a few minutes. Finish up with dish soap and a wet rag to remove remaining residue.
