Worked out a deal over the phone because I live a few hours away. Had the car ready for me to drive and everything ready for me to sign when I got to the dealership total time at the dealership was around an hour which was great in and out. Joe was a great salesman I would definitely Mae the trip again for another car in the future. Price was pretty good too.

We replaced our 2023 CR-V with a new 2026 CR-V EXL. Kari Williams was our saleslady who absolutely knows her Honda line of vehicles. Very friendly and outgoing, making sure we were satisfied with our purchase and options that went with it. Everything we asked for she said "we can do that". I’m so excited to get my new Pilot. I am a repeat customer of Patty Peck. They have best deals, vehicles to look and drive, but above all that a lifetime power train warranty. The only complaint I have is they only have caps for your Happy. I am a woman who does not wear caps. Lol they need some items women would like.
The only thing I would knock from my experience would be the long wait (nearly 2 hours) from the time we arrived until we left. I communicated we had a 4 hour drive and wanted all paperwork handled on the way to expedite the process but we still had a long wait. Everyone we dealt with was very nice, knowledgeable and professional.
Joe was honest, straightforward, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. No pressure, no runaround—just clear answers and genuine help. Highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for a smooth car-buying experience.

I have always been a loyal customer, but this visit left me feeling disrespected and dissatisfied. I sincerely hope management will review this situation carefully and take steps to improve communication, accountability, and customer service within the tire and oil change department.

Jason kept in touch with me throughout the car buying experience. Never left me hanging. Sent me a video to introduce himself. When we got to dealership to do the deal I wasn't 100% happy with the color of the vehicle I saw online. He told me about another one that had just come in which we absolutely love. Chris Bryan (service advisor) is one of the most helpful, professional, and frankly cool individuals I've ever dealt with in the automobile industry and in customer service/care period, I'd recommend him to everyone! He was very explanatory and comfortable with his explanations of everything and he made sure my 2005 TSX was worked on with focused eyes and caring hands! In all honesty, I was told there would "likely" be a better interest rate for my financing available with another bank. I have batter than average credit. In reality, there wasn't, and I am now paying $31,500 for a 2013 4 cylinder pickup that was listed at $11,500. $20,000 more than the sticker price. I'm not happy. Great inventory selection, however.
