Service - 2004 Honda Accord
I am always pleased by the service and performance from Patty Peck Honda Sevice Dept. I could not ask for a more qualified and professional mechanic as what I have in Mike O'Quin. He has been the primary Tech. that has turned a wrench on my car. He keeps up with any type of service it may require prior to the determined mileage and has always given me notice of what is upcoming and needed. This may seem trival to you but I drive app. 98 miles one way to bring my car in for service. I have never felt that I was misinformed /mislead by anything from your Service Dept.
Any idea how many Honda dealerships I pass along the way?

2008 Honda Accord
Bill and I have been telling everyone about our positive experience at your dealership. We felt very comfortable during the entire process with no pressure from anyone. You were the second dealership we had been to that day and we both knew right away that we would have a much nicer experience at Patty Peck Honda.
Kevin, you were very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in and you went out of your way to show us every feature. It was nice to find someone in sales to give you the needed information, without the usual car dealership harassment, people have come to dread. It was a wonderful car shopping experience!
We really enjoy driving our Honda Accord. We look forward to seeing you guys soon with our maintenance,check-ups and future purchases.

2008 Honda Ridgeline
I purchased a Ridgeline from your dealership last Saturday. You have the most awesome dealership I have ever done business with. All of your people were super nice and my salesman Steven Hawkins treated us soooooo well. Even while Steven was off finishing up things Kevin was there checking on us. You have a customer for life and I have told many people already I will never buy a car from another dealership....congratulations on a fantastic dealership and your great employees.

2008 Honda Civic
I can honestly say that this was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Donna, you made it so easy and convenient. We were able to handle most of the paperwork over the phone or by email. Your suggestions as to the perfect fit were right on target. We are very happy with our selection.
I have tried many different vehicles and have always bought something different each time. But, I will definately buy a Honda again...(I now own 2) and Patty Peck's service department is fantastic! I will not go anywhere else. They really take the time to get to know their customers. Way to go!

2008 Honda Odyssey
We love our new Odyssey! we've taken it twice to Savannah Georgia and it is very comfortable to drive and ride for our family of 6. I enjoy the very acceptable gas mileage this vehicle gets for being such a roomy van. Also, I enjoy driving cars, and this feels really good to drive.

We love our CR-V! We've always wanted a Honda and it has lived up to our expectations. The gas mileage is great and we love how it handles. Thanks for making us a deal we couldn't refuse.

2008 Honda Accord
"We like everything about our new Honda Accord. The single most important thing to us is the fact that it is a Honda. Everybody that knows anything about cars should know about the reliability and dependability that comes with a Honda (all models). That’s a given. Nobody can argue that.
If you want specifics I would say that all the new safety features that Honda has recently put into their vehicles ranks at the top of our list. Betsy says that she feels much safer in this car while driving the interstate. Another thing she likes is how she has a 360 degree visibility in this car. As short as she is, a lot of cars don’t provide her with the visibility she needs.
Betsy and I want to thank you again for all your help. You patiently answered all our questions and made certain that we understood every answer. You always had time for us. We never felt rushed or pressured. You were genuinely interested in all our concerns. I can say without a doubt that this was the easiest; most stress free, most enjoyable car purchase that I have ever had. On several occasions after the sale you have contacted us to see how we are doing and if we had any additional questions. Follow-up after the sale means a lot to a customer. Your experience and professionalism really shines through. We will definitely be calling you when it is time to buy our next Honda.T

2008 Honda Accord
Thanks so much for touching base with us. We drove the Accord to Tupelo for a wedding three weeks ago, and it handled GREAT. We drove the Trace and averaged 33 miles-per-gallon! The XM Satellite Radio was a plus too!
We were laughing just yesterday that you've selected both of our Accords for us including the color. You either have a Psychology Degree or ESP!!!!
