Every day across America women, men and children suffer the pain and trauma of sexual assault. From verbal harassment and intimidation to molestation and rape, this crime occurs far too frequently and goes unreported far too often. The month of April has been designated Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) in the United States. The goal is to raise public awareness about sexual violence and to educate communities and individuals on how to prevent sexual violence.

We have partnered with Jackson State University SMHART Institute College of Public Service, School of Social Work to raise awareness on the campus as well in the community. We are asking for your participation and giving you the opportunity to win $500.00.
