Employee Spotlight: Robert Mack

Robert Mack is one of our fabulous sales and leasing consultants here at Patty Peck Honda. He has been selling new and used vehicles at our dealership for seven years now. He studied marketing and graduated from Jackson State University.

Robert helps our customers with any automotive needs they request — whether it be a need for a mini van, a busy mother looking for a car with space and comfort, a company vehicle, or a fuel-efficient car. He honestly loves selling Hondas and helping people find their perfect vehicle. He also emphasizes on the extremely positive and comfortable atmosphere at Patty Peck. Work isn’t “work” for Robert; he does what he loves and says how blessed he is to be apart of a place with such great energy.

Robert says when it comes to Honda, the product sells itself. “Honda buyers are smart buyers!” he says. Robert has been driving one since high school and says he’ll never switch back. He currently drives a Honda Crosstour, which is his eighth Honda. He enjoys cruising around in a new Honda about every two years. Leasing is an optional way to drive a new, clean and cozy Honda he says. As a leasing consultant, he can relate to his customers through his own personal experience. Robert truly believes in Honda and what it stands for…quality, efficiency, safety, and an all-around great vehicle.

He has been on the Honda Council of Sales Leadership for the past four years with either a gold or silver achievement – impressive! Honda Corporation recognizes excellence in sales and customer service with its Council of Sales Leadership Awards. This recognition is not only based on the number of new Honda and Certified Used Honda auto sales by the Honda sales consultant. The ease of customer’s car-buying experience is an essential factor in determining which Honda sales consultants earn a Honda Council of Leadership status. Honda sales consultants must maintain a higher than average customer satisfaction index to be eligible for a Honda Council of Sales Leadership award. Robert’s dedication has clearly allowed him to excel in sales, training and delivery satisfaction.

Robert says it feels good to work for a company that does so much for our community. He states that the dealership gives back in many ways and he’s proud to say he’s Patty Peck Honda employee.
