Bueller…Bueller…

The 46th annual Super Bowl is coming up and one of the best parts isn’t always the game, but it’s the commercials. This year get ready to see a humorous ad featuring Matthew Broderick, who is cast as himself skipping out on a day of work and living it up in his all-new CR-V. Honda brought “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off” back in a big game commercial, and you can watch it right here and see how many references you can find to this classic 80’s movie:

At the age of 23, Matthew Broderick’s role in “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off” is one of his best-known roles. Broderick played a clever, charming a high-school student who, with his girlfriend and best friend, plays hooky and explores Chicago. Now at the age of 50, Broderick is reprising his classic role and this commercial has become one of the most discussed Super Bowl ads before the big night. This time, Broderick takes a day off from a film shoot and seeks out adventures in his all-new Honda CR-V. The spot includes the 2012 interpretation of Mr. Rooney and the famous Ferrari scene.

The ALL-NEW 2012 Honda CR-V is at Patty Peck Honda, and it’s getting a lot of attention. It is just the right size for those with a little adventure in their heart. The redesigned grille and front bumper give the CR-V a stylish new appearance. Not only is the exterior beautiful, but the interior has so much space you won’t believe it! It was built with the driver, passengers and cargo in mind; there’s plenty of room in the rear cargo area to store what you need for everyday errands and road trips.

It’s the most efficient CR-V ever. With improved mpg, the CR-V is among the top vehicles in its class, with a 23 city/31 highway mpg. Not only are you getting a luxurious, spacious vehicle, you’re getting great gas mileage along the way. If you’re stopped on a hill, the new Hill Start Assist keeps you from rolling back when the light turns green. Also, the strut front suspension makes curves and bumps seem practically nonexistent.

It has hi-tech features like USB Audio Interface, One-Touch Power Moonroof, Steering-Wheel Mounted Controls, Bluetooth HandsFree Link, Mulit-Information Display (i-MID), Honda Satellite-Linked Navigation System with Voice Recognition and much more.

The i-MID is a little screen with a lot going on. You can count on the i-MID for all kinds of knowledge when you’re on the road. It’s your go-to for all your important, drive-related information. It displays info like your current mpg, trip range, the song you’re playing, turn-by-turn directions (if you opt in for the navigation system), and even SMS text messages if you choose.

You can depend on the i-MID for music. In addition to displaying AM/FM and CD info, i-MID communicates with your iPhone, so you can listen to tracks streaming from Pandora and music stored on your phone.

Have as much fun as Ferris Bueller in your all-new 2012 Honda CR-V at Patty Peck Honda!
