What’s New in the 2023 Honda HR-V?

What’s New on the 2023 Honda HR-V?

The all-new, completely redesigned Honda HR-V will debut a more aggressive exterior design that features a dramatic new honeycomb grille, an elongated hood, sleek rooflines, and a pair of distinctive wide-set LED headlights and taillights. A low horizontal beltline that begins with its extended hood and continues over the swell of the rear fenders gives its flowing forms a sense of motion, while a sculpted hatch and functional tailgate spoiler highlight its sporty proportions. 

With a longer wheelbase and a wider stance for the 2023 model year, the HR-V will be slightly more practical than its predecessor by offering more passenger space and cargo area while still retaining its stylish look, of course. 

Visibility behind the wheel will also be enhanced this year with the addition of a set of door-mounted mirrors and a lower cowl. In an attempt to provide the HR-V with a cleaner and more luxurious look for 2023, Honda will be utilizing laser-brazing technology to eliminate the need for unsightly roof moldings, while also hiding the HR-V’s windshield wipers under the hood line when they are not in use. 

In terms of performance, the HR-V will feature a more responsive engine and a new independent rear suspension that gives the compact SUV a more confident and fun-to-drive personality. With nimble handling and a suite of standard Honda Sensing® safety and driver-assistance features, the HR-V strikes the perfect balance of excitement and peace of mind.
